AZZATO
cake house has closed.
The
company’s former executive manager Zaza
Koyava told Commersant
that the
Azerbaijani owner of 70% stake in AZZATO
doesn’t want to do business in Georgia
any longer.
"AZZATO paid off debts, the seizure was lifted but the Azerbaijani owner of 70% stake did not want to do business in Georgia.
As
far as I know, he plans to bring his
business under "Aza Cakes" name
in Azerbaijan to Georgia. Other details are unknown to me",
says Zaza Koyava.
According to the public register, the owner of a 70% stake of AZZATO (az-georgia LLC) is Zohrab Aslanov, a citizen of Azerbaijan, while 30% are owned by Mamuka Todua.
