Basisbank, one of the major financiers of Georgian business, continues to support agriculture in the regions. Dorani Farm LLC was provided with the funding of GEL 1.5 million, within the framework of the preferential agri-credit program.

A highly productive cattle farm was constructed and equipped in Matani village, Akhmeta district, Kakheti, with the financial involvement of Basisbank. The farm includes a complex for preparing cattle feed, a milking area, and has refrigeration tanks installed.

Within the framework of preferential agri-credit program, the company purchased up to 100 units of highly productive cattle of the Swiss breed in Germany. The company closely cooperates with Georgian dairy producers, delivering milk on a daily basis.

"I had had no connection with agriculture before I had an idea of ​​starting cattle breeding. We initiated the construction of the farm together with our partners with the financial support of Basisbank. After the construction of the main blocks was completed, we were ready for the cattle and brought high-yielding dairy cattle of the Brown Swiss variety. Currently, we get up to 3 tons of top-quality milk per day, and plan to increase this rate in the future," said Mamuka Tsilosani, Director of Dorani Farm.
