C onsumer complaints against commercial banks insignificantly decreased, in February a total of 1 654 complaints were filed against 2 408 ones in the same period of last year.
In the reporting period the highest number of claims (848) were filed about transactions
Followed by administration / service claims- 323 applications
Claims related to the terms of the contract - 180 applications.
The list of top consumer complaints in February 2023 includes:
1. Current account - 865 applications;
2. Consumer loan -186 applications;
3.Internet Banking -128 applications;
4. Credit card-70 applications;
5. Mortgage loans - 59 applications
Of the 1 654 claims that commercial banks completed in February 2023, 254 were considered to be well founded and 1 052 were unfounded.
