At today trading via Bloomberg trading platform the lari gained some of its value.  The trading started at 2.5988 per one dollar and stood at GEL  2.5951 by 5 pm.

According to the exchange rate set by the National Bank on March 6, the national currency stood at USD 1/GEL 2.6009.

The exchange rate in commercial banks is relatively different. In TBC branches one US dollar can be bought for GEL 2.6450, and sold for GEL 2.5550. In Bank of Georgia service centers one dollar can be bought for GEL 2.6500 and sold for GEL 2.5500.
