At today trading via Bloomberg trading platform the lari gained some of its value.  The trading started at  2.5913 per one dollar and stood at GEL 2.5900  by 12:30pm.

According to the exchange rate set by the National Bank on March 9, th e national currency stood at USD 1/GEL  2.5973 .

The exchange rate in commercial banks is relatively different. In TBC branches one US dollar can be bought for GEL 2.6400 , and sold for GEL 2.5550. In Bank of Georgia service centers one dollar can be bought for GEL 2.6400 and sold for GEL 2.5410 .
