At today trading via Bloomberg trading platform the lari gained some of its value. The trading started at 2.5367 per one dollar, later the lari soared to GEL 2.5300 by 12 pm.
According to the exchange rate set by the National Bank on April 6, the national currency stood at USD 1/GEL 2.5375.
The exchange rate in commercial banks is relatively different. In TBC branches one US dollar can be bought for GEL 2.5750, and sold for GEL 2.4850. In Bank of Georgia service centers one dollar can be bought for GEL 2.5790 and sold for GEL 2.4810.
