International Women's Association Georgia (IWA GEORGIA) presented a special certificate to SWEFLAND Group on March 8, within the framework of the meeting and charity evening dedicated to the International Women's Day.

SWEFLAND Group officially joined the activities of the association and participated in the first event within the framework of cooperation.

SWEFLAND Group received a special certificate from the organizers for its involvement in IWA GEORGIA's charity work and social activism, which is extremely important and a matter of pride for the company.

It is a great honor for us to be a sponsor and supporter of the International Women's Association. Within the framework of social responsibility, in addition to sponsorship, SWEFLAND Group periodically engages in the association's activities.

The organization has existed since 1996 and its purpose is charity work. Since its establishment, we have been helping disabled and socially vulnerable people, as well as organizations that work with this category. Since 2016, we have officially had a charitable status. During the year, we finance about 30-40 projects/requests, and the main income is the sale of the New Year's exhibition, in which a large share is the donations of accredited embassies in Georgia. It is very important to have the involvement and stable support of companies to provide support to organizations and individuals in need.

IWA GEORGIA is a non-profit, non-governmental organization and a part of the world network of the International Women's Association, which has existed since 1996, together with the Swiss Embassy in Georgia and the diplomatic corps accredited in the country.

Through its activities, the association supports women, children and the elderly living in poverty, with severe health conditions and disabilities.

The members of the association are spouses of ambassadors accredited in Georgia, representatives of international organizations operating in Georgia, Georgian and foreign official and non-official persons.
