According to Beso Orthoidze, after last year's record figures, the situation in the real estate sector has stabilized and is gradually getting back to normal.

"This year we expect natural conditions in real estate, last year there was an unnatural situation. Cost has skyrocketed, prices have risen to record highs. We expect no more than 10% growth in real estate, such a sharp growth in prices is not observed. Demand is also quite stable, and the boom caused by migrants and high demand after the pandemic is no longer seen. The situation has stabilized that is good for the market. A 10% growth is natural for our market,” Beso Ortoidze notes.
