The highest fee for parking in Tbilisi is in Saburtalo district and reaches $7 486, - the National Bank’s study of the real estate sector reads.

"The highest price for parking is registered in Saburtalo district, which is mainly due to the KING DAVID project and represents a kind of "extreme" in the group. Central districts  have the highest number of parking spaces per apartment. Prices for residential property spaces in the city suburbs and the center differ even  more than for parking spaces," the study says.

In Tbilisi construction projects, the largest parking space is in Krtsanis, Lisi and Saburtalo, slightly less than the average in Vake. The suburbs have much less parking space than in the central areas.

The average volume of parking spaces in one block of Tbilisi is much higher than in any other city. In particular, the number of parking spaces in Tbilisi is 3 times more than in Batumi.

In terms of parking, the situation is worse in Bakuriani, however, unlike big cities, the outer area here still can be used as parking," the study reads.
