“2023 is the first year when we have reached the pre-pandemic sales,” Nino Nodia, PR manager of the Voulez-Vous perfume chain, states.

According to Nodia, currently both sales volumes  and the number of customers have been increasing.

“Perfumes account for 60% of the sales, the remaining 20-20% are decorative cosmetics and face care products. The New Year and March period was particularly profitable for Voulez-Vous, a  New Year and March 8 bring the biggest profits to our business.

We expect sales to further  increase  amid  the company is returning to business as usual,” she  notes.

In Nino Nodia’s words, after the pandemic, the sector faced the problems  caused by the war in Ukraine.

“If the pandemic hindered sales, the war in the region has disrupted the supply chain and created additional problems. All major international brands, of which we are the official distributor, had intermediary companies in Russia and Ukraine. We stopped cooperation with offices in Russia, Ukrainian offices were closed for obvious reasons,” Nino Nodia explains.

She stresses that  despite the problems in the supply chain, Voulez-Vous, as a large perfume company, had stocks, that allowed to avoid  interruptions in the products supply. Now the company is busy with  importing the next batch.

Voulez-Vous network has 10 branches across Georgia , it sells products of  more than 200 perfume brands.
