Ukraine today resumed exports of electricity to Slovakia. This was announced on Telegram by the system operator of the Ukrainian electricity grid Ukrenergo, quoted by the local press.

Kiev had suspended energy exports to Europe last October, following the attacks by the Russian army against power plants and distribution plants. 

As explained by Ukrenergo, electricity transfer had already resumed in Poland and Moldova, with deliveries of 75 and 134 megawatt hours respectively.

The export volume to Slovakia amounts to 200 megawatt hours.
