4 billion 232 thousand 552 barrels of oil were shipped through the Ceyhan oil terminal by the Turkish company BOTAS International Limited since the commissioning of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline until the end of 2022.

Notably, Oil produced in Azerbaijan's "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" fields is imported via the BTC pipeline and was put into operation in June 2006. Besides, oil from other producers is sent to Turkey through the pipeline.
