Georgian Stock Exchange (GSE) closed March without a deal, last month the average daily turnover of the stock exchange stood at GEL 0.

Five transactions took place on the stock exchange in February with the average daily turnover of GEL 574. As for the data of the past months, in February  five transactions were made on the Georgian Stock Exchange (GSE)  by "Liberty Bank" with a total  volume of 1,558,625 in the amount of  GEL 16,086.

In 2022  a total of  19 transactions took place in the national currency,  15 were in dollars  with a total value of  GEL  13 619.37  and  $2.4 million respectively.

Liberty, Bank of Georgia, Georgian Leasing Company and Kakhuri Traditional Winery were the issuers of the transaction last year.

The Georgian Stock Exchange (GSE) was established with the financial support of USAID in 1999 . 

As of May 2, 2022, securities of 23 companies are admitted to the trading system of the stock exchange, the total market capitalization of which amounted to USD 0.748 billion, the average daily turnover in April 2022 - GEL 21.
